I am a nervous system specialist who uses mind-body-medicine to help my clients experience wholeness from within. I teach people to manifest infinite possibilities in 3D reality through expanding their capacity to hold “more”.

I mentor holistic practitioners and heart-centred entrepreneurs to fully embody unconditional safety™ so their clients feel safe to heal.

I’m a thrice-initiated shaman, clairsentient intuitive, healer, educator, embodiment coach, and body psychotherapist.

I facilitate soul alignment on the physical plane for groups and individuals who know they have all the answers inside of them but want to reclaim the missing piece.

I have postgraduate qualifications in Mental Health and Psychotherapy, and a BA in Psychology and Comparative Religions (specialising in altered states of consciousness).

I started healing people when I was 12 years old. I knew my mission was to help people feel safe, make meaning from their past, learn to cherish their body, and lead them to live a conscious reality.

I have been trained to work with all types of trauma, specifically from the perspective of the body and the brain. I have completed full training courses in Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing®, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Somatic Practice (touchwork for developmental trauma).


 In addition, I have been attuned to several energy healing modalities, studied shamanism and mysticism, and qualified in different types of massage.

My Story In Brief...

Before I found Somatic Experiencing® (SE), I felt very uncomfortable in my own skin. Whenever I paid attention to what was happening in my body, I noticed violent trembling, shaking, rumbling, sweating and heat. It felt like my body was in a war zone and it was the enemy.

Many body-oriented psychotherapies and spiritual practices recommended I “sit” through my intense bodily experiences and "ride out the waves". It turned out that by doing that, I kept blowing the fuse of my already stressed-out and overwhelmed nervous system.

After I dumped those practices and focused on healing through SE, my relationship with my body changed. I was able to trust my body more. This wasn't something I THOUGHT about - it just happened. I realised that my body had always been honest with me, even when it was dropping bombs on me, and I appreciated that. Then, miraculously, my body became my SAFE HAVEN - the thing I knew I could rely upon over anything else.

After that, I found it easy to love my body and trust myself - to respect, value, nurture, and cherish my whole being.
